Licensing and is not a subscription. The license is good for 1 year updates and 1 year support of WP OAuth Server from the time of purchase. After a license is expired you must purchase a new license if you wish to receive updates and support.
Plugins sold and distributed by Justin Greer Interactive, LLC are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Inasmuch as WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, WP OAuth Server is guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress for WP OAuth Server and extensions. Because the number and variety of plugins is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that the plugin will function with all third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using WP OAuth Server. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.
3. Automatic Updates
Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key. Automatic updates are available for WP OAuth Server and all other installed WP OAuth Server extensions. Automatic updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.
4. Plugin Delivery
After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your license key is available in your account area along with your plugin downloads. You can download the plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.
Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through Support to request your purchase information.
Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
All plugins are property of Justin Greer Interactive, LLC. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.
Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our plugins.
6. Price Changes
Justin Greer Interactive, LLC reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
Prices are not retro active. Once a price for a product or products have changed, the set price is final.
7. Refund Policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the plugin.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions. You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever. Subscription payments are not refundable.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
There may be a fee for any refund issued. This is a fee that is imposed by our payment gateway(s). This fee is not negotiable.
Support for purchased products is given as long as the current license is valid. If you wish to get support after a license has expired, you can open a Support Request or contact email@example.com. After the product life cycle, we can not guarantee that support can be provided. Support services include ticket system support. Support does not equal development/coding your clients and other frameworks.
WP OAuth Server support reserves the right to deny any support request for any reason without explanation. Support requests that are threatening or contain cursing, unreasonable attitudes, or name calling WILL be closed.

A. We understand that everyone is entitled to a bad day but we ask that you treat support with fairness. Attitudes will not get a faster response or an answer you are looking for.
B. As a purchaser or developer of WP OAuth Server or any of its extensions, we assume that you have the knowledge of OAuth 1.0a as well as OAuth2. WP OAuth Server does not handle some data like the OAuth Draft states. Support can guide you in the right direction to learn more about OAuth flows but WILL NOT give a one-on-one tutoring session through the ticket support system.
C. Support will be limited if a support requests revolves around using WP OAuth Server insecurely. WP OAuth Server is designed to spec with standards. Varying away from the standard usage (copy and paste auth codes, etc), we may limited support as it is against our security vision. We can not and will not promote insecure usages of WP OAuth Server.
D. Support is intended to be for WP OAuth Server ONLY. If the issue does not involve WP OAuth Server, support may be limited or denied. E. Limited support for WP OAuth Server is offered for any hosted and or local Windows stack. We believe that Windows has no place in the web world but if you insist on Windows OS, you understand that limited to no support support is offered.
F. Dash10 Digital is the parent agency of WP OAuth Server. Support is provided by only Dash10 Digital. All information shared with Dash10 Digital is secure and never shared or sold to any 3rd party that is not authorized by management of Dash10 Digital. Information submitted using our online consent form follows these terms and conditions as well.
9. License Agreement
By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
11. Sale Restriction
WP OAuth Server sales to any person in the EU is prohibited due to complicated VAT rules imposed by the EU on other countries. We restrict sales based on IP address lookup. If persons in the EU use a proxy to purchase WP OAuth Server or any other product found at https://wp-oauth.com, we can not charge VAT nor can we provide a VAT invoice.
